Our law firm listed among the “Law Firms of the Year 2026” by Il Sole 24 Ore in Tax Law

On 25 May 2026, Il Sole 24 Ore published the special report “Gli studi legali dell’anno 2026” - “Law Firms of the Year 2026” - dedicated to Italian law firms and legal professionals recommended by lawyers, in-house counsel and clients across the main areas of legal practice.

We are pleased to announce that Alberto Iadevaia has been included among the professionals listed in the Tax Law category.

This is an important recognition, as it forms part of a nationwide survey based on recommendations from the legal market and professional community. According to the methodology described in the report, the 2026 edition identified 346 law firms and legal professionals, divided by practice area and geographical location. Being listed in the Tax Law section represents a significant confirmation of the work carried out over the years in assisting companies, professionals and taxpayers in their dealings with the Italian Tax Authorities and before the Tax Courts.

The firm’s activity focuses in particular on tax litigation, the analysis of tax assessments and recovery notices, pre-litigation proceedings, proceedings before the Italian Tax Courts, and advisory work in relation to tax incentives, tax credits, Patent Box matters, corporate taxation and indirect taxes.
